When Jason and I started this venture, I am sure we had our doubters, probably still do! However, we never heard it from our parents. We have always had unwavering support. When we doubt ourselves, a call to them always sets us right back on track.
This past Winter has really been a doozy. We have had all sets of parents on board to help us. Jason's Dad Steve is always here to help build something if Jason asks, always has fresh ideas of how to make things better, always willing to help, if we take a vacation. He has also been a life-saver this past Winter, plowing our driveway for us!
Jason's Mom Nora and Step-dad Connie were out in March from Montana, ready to help if needed. Connie was always out helping Jason move water, he helped us clean our chicken coop. We all know the chicken coop cleaning after a looonnngggg Winter is never fun! Nora, kept the kids busy and out of trouble! She is also always one to tell us how proud she is and is always encouraging!
My brother is always put to work when he visits, and usually goes home sore! He has helped dig many-a-hole for our perimeter fence, has chopped down many of our pesky Box Elder saplings, and is always ready and willing to help when he is here! He also throws a lot of touchdown passes to his two, very energetic nephews!
It was so amazing to have this awesome support. It was great to come home to a meal, it was great for Jason to have some muscle to help him haul water, and drink a beer with. It was so fun to see my dining room come to life and look so amazing with the new color. Jason and I were able to go away for a night and breathe, and the kids were spoiled by their Nana and Papa. Anything and Everything is just what they did. Too soon, it was time for them to leave, and yes, I was protesting that!
So, this week, my blog is in dedication to mine, and Jason's Family...letting them know how much they all mean to us! We couldn't do this without your love and support!
Have a Wonderful Week!
